Access to Work Coaching

funded support for neurodivergent adults

Specialist coaching funded through the UK Access to Work scheme.

If you’re autistic, ADHD or AuDHD, work can feel disproportionately exhausting. Many neurodivergent people experience burnout, overwhelm, communication difficulties or performance concerns – not because they lack ability, but because workplaces are rarely designed with neurodivergent minds in mind.

Access to Work can cover funded specialist support for neurodivergent adults (whether you have an ‘official’ diagnosis or simply self-identify as neurodivergent). Through this scheme, coaching sessions with me can be funded by the government, meaning you don’t have to pay privately.

What is Access to Work?

Access to Work is a UK government scheme that provides funding to support disabled and neurodivergent people in the workplace. It can fund support such as specialist neurodivergent coaching, practical workplace support, and tools, strategies and adjustments that enable you to work well.

Access to Work is not means tested, does not affect benefits, and can be accessed if you are employed, self-employed, or starting a new job. You do not need a formal diagnosis to apply. Neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD, autism and AuDHD may be eligible whether diagnosed, awaiting assessment or self-identified.

How Access to Work Coaching Can Help

This coaching is not about “fixing” you or helping you tolerate an unsustainable workplace. It’s about understanding how your brain works and developing strategies that support you to work in ways that are sustainable and effective.

Support may include things like:
