Thriving through clarity, compassion and credible guidance

Anne Gledhill is a neurodivergent coach, advocate and healthcare professional with more than 30 years’ experience across the NHS, midwifery, acupuncture and coaching.

Anne's Story

In her late 40s, Anne reached a turning point. After years of pushing through exhaustion while raising three children and working in demanding NHS managerial roles, her health collapsed. A diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome offered some explanation — but it never felt like the whole picture.

The deeper answers began to emerge while Anne was fighting to advocate for her three sons in school, all of whom were eventually diagnosed as AuDHD. As she researched, she began recognising patterns in her own experiences, and gradually the picture became clearer: a perfect storm of undiagnosed ADHD and autism, colliding with the hormonal changes of midlife.

Finally, in her mid-50s, Anne found the answers she’d been searching for.

“Receiving my diagnoses didn’t change who I was, it helped me understand who I’d always been.”

Discovering her neurodivergence was a profound turning point and led Anne to try ADHD coaching. It proved utterly transformative — helping her to rebuild her energy levels, better understand and advocate for herself and her sons, and approach life with greater clarity and self-compassion.

Today Anne brings all of these experiences together in her work. Alongside her coaching practice, she continues to work in women’s health as a fertility acupuncturist. Her clients benefit from a rare combination of healthcare expertise, personal experience and deep knowledge of how neurodivergence intersects with hormones, burnout, parenting and major life transitions.

Having worked inside the NHS for decades, Anne also offers something many people struggle to find: clear, practical insight into how healthcare systems really work, and how to access the support you need.

Her goal is simple: to provide you with understanding, clarity and practical support, so you don’t have to figure it out alone.
