Meet Anne
After discovering her own ADHD and autism in midlife, Anne realised how many people are left trying to make sense of their experiences without the right language or support. ADHD coaching proved transformative for her, helping her understand her brain and navigate life with greater clarity, and she now helps others do the same.
Anne brings a rare 360° perspective to neurodivergence, from personal, parental and professional experience.
Anne is
- a late-identified autistic ADHDer
- a former NHS professional and midwife, with deep insight into how NHS systems really work
- a fertility acupuncturist with expertise in hormones, perimenopause and menopause
- the parent of three neurodivergent children
- an ADHD coach supporting others on this path
Anne now shares what she’s learned so you don’t have to figure it out alone
