1:1 Coaching & Advocacy
This is for you if:
- You’re navigating the NHS or private healthcare and feel overwhelmed
- You need help preparing for appointments, referrals, or assessments
- You’re experiencing burnout, health transitions, or capacity collapse
- You want support without judgement, pressure, or platitudes to manage workplace challenges
- You have an Access to Work award or agreement from your employer to fund ADHD/ neurodiversity coaching, mentoring or workplace support
What support can look like:
- Making sense of options and next steps
- Preparing questions, letters, or referrals
- Advocacy and validation when systems feel hostile or inaccessible
- Support through fertility, pregnancy, perimenopause or menopause
- Space to think, process, and stabilise
