This support is particularly helpful for neurodivergent adults who may feel stuck, overwhelmed or burnt out; lost after a diagnosis or after realising they may be neurodivergent later in life; exhausted by navigating the NHS, systems, forms and self-advocacy alone; disconnected from themselves during perimenopause, fertility journeys or other major life transitions; or unsure how to move forward or make important decisions.
All support is tailored to you and your unique goals.
Steady Support
Consistent coaching over three months to help create meaningful change.

A consistent space to explore patterns, challenges and barriers as they arise, with coaching that adapts to your energy levels, capacity and changing needs. What’s included:
- 6 one-to-one coaching sessions (usually fortnightly)
- 6 WhatsApp check-ins between sessions for support and reflection
This package can be helpful if you are:
- navigating diagnosis, referrals or healthcare systems
- recovering from burnout or prolonged stress
- experiencing identity shifts during menopause, fertility journeys or major life transitions
Focused Support
Short-term coaching support for a specific challenge or situation.

This option offers a smaller package of sessions for people who want support around a particular issue without committing to longer-term coaching. What’s included:
- 3 one-to-one coaching sessions
- 2 WhatsApp check-ins between sessions for support and reflection
This option can work well if you are:
- dealing with communication or advocacy challenges
- feeling stuck and needing help in regaining momentum
- wanting guidance around a particular issue in work, family or healthcare
