Work With Me

You don’t need to work harder, try again, or ‘fix’ yourself.

You deserve support that understands neurodivergent nervous systems, late diagnosis, healthcare trauma, burnout, and life transitions and can help you move forward without breaking yourself in the process.

This is what I offer.

FREE 15 Minute Discovery Call. Book Here.

On the discovery call we will:

  • Clarify what you’re struggling with right now.
  • Explore what kind of support would be most helpful.
  • Check whether my services are a good fit for you
  • Answer any questions you may have

What it’s not:

  • Not a sales pitch
  • Not an assessment
  • Not a commitment to work together
1:1 Coaching

Support that meets you where you are, and helps you move forward.

My 1:1 coaching is for neurodivergent adults who feel:

  • Stuck, overwhelmed, or burnt out
  • Lost after diagnosis or realising they’re neurodivergent later in life
  • Exhausted by navigating the NHS, systems, forms, and advocacy alone
  • Disconnected from themselves during perimenopause, fertility journeys, or major life transitions

This is not mindset coaching.
This is practical, validating, steady support designed around your brain and your nervous system.

3-Month 1:1 Support Package £660

If you want real change, not just insight, this is the place to start.
Over three months, we work together to reduce overwhelm, build clarity, and create systems and strategies that actually stick, with support in between sessions so you’re not doing this alone.

What you get:

  • 6 × 1:1 coaching sessions (typically fortnightly)
  • 6 × WhatsApp check-ins between sessions for support, reflection, and grounding
  • A consistent, safe space to unpick patterns, challenges, and barriers as they arise
  • Coaching that adapts to your energy, capacity, and fluctuating needs

This is ideal if you are:

  • Navigating diagnosis, referrals, or healthcare systems
  • Experiencing burnout or recovery from prolonged stress
  • Struggling with identity shifts, menopause, fertility, or life recalibration
  • Tired of starting again without support

This is my most comprehensive and supportive option.

3-Session Coaching Package £315

If you’re facing a specific challenge and want skilled, neurodivergent-affirming support without a longer commitment, this package offers clarity and direction

What you get:

  • 3 × 1:1 coaching sessions
  • 2 × WhatsApp check-ins between sessions

This works well if you want help with:

  • A particular decision or transition
  • Advocacy or communication challenges
  • Untangling overwhelm and identifying next steps
  • Regaining momentum when you feel stuck
Advice Sessions

One-off clarity without ongoing commitment.
Advice sessions are short, focused conversations designed to help you make sense of your situation and leave with practical next steps.

🔹 30-Minute Advice Session £75
Perfect if you need:

  • A sounding board for one issue
  • Help understanding your options
  • Reassurance and direction
  • Clear signposting and next steps
  • Fast, focused, and supportive.

🔹 60-Minute Advice Session £135
Choose this if you need more space to:

  • Explore a complex situation
  • Problem-solve barriers
  • Map out a realistic plan
  • Discuss accommodations, advocacy, or support routes

This session gives you time to slow things down and leave feeling clearer and steadier.

Not Sure Where to Start?

If you’re unsure which option is right for you, start with:

  • A 60-minute advice session for clarity
  • Or commit to the 3-month package if you know you need consistent support

You don’t have to do this alone, and you don’t have to push through anymore.

Access to Work Coaching for Neurodivergent People

Funded, specialist support for working in ways that honour your brain

If you’re autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD, work can feel disproportionately exhausting, even when you’re capable, skilled, and committed. Many neurodivergent people experience burnout, overwhelm, communication difficulties, or performance concerns not because they’re failing, but because workplaces aren’t designed with neurodivergent minds in mind.

Access to Work coaching provides funded, specialist support to reduce those barriers without you having to pay privately.

What is Access to Work?

Access to Work is a UK government scheme that provides funding to support disabled and neurodivergent people in work.

It can fund:

  • Specialist neurodivergent coaching
  • Practical workplace support
  • Tools, strategies, and adjustments that enable you to work well

Access to Work:

  • Is not means-tested
  • Does not affect benefits
  • Can be accessed if you are employed, self-employed, or starting a new role

You do not need a formal diagnosis to apply, neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD, autism, and AuDHD are eligible whether diagnosed or awaiting assessment.

How Access to Work Coaching Helps

This coaching is not about “fixing” you or helping you tolerate an unsustainable system.

It’s about working with your neurotype, not against it.

Support may include:

  • Managing overwhelm, burnout, and energy limits
  • Executive functioning support (planning, prioritising, follow-through)
  • Navigating communication, expectations, and workplace relationships
  • Reducing masking and supporting authenticity at work
  • Building confidence and self-advocacy
  • Understanding and requesting reasonable adjustments

Sessions are tailored to your role, your brain, and your capacity.

If you have an Access to Work award for ADHD, neurodiversity coaching or workplace support, you can use it to work with me. Please get in touch to discuss how I can support you.

My Approach

I offer neuro-affirming, trauma-aware Access to Work coaching, grounded in:

  • Evidence-based understanding of ADHD, autism, and AuDHD
  • Lived experience of navigating healthcare and workplace systems
  • A calm, compassionate, non-judgemental coaching style

This is a space where:

  • You don’t have to prove your struggles
  • Your needs are taken seriously
  • Your neurotype is respected
  • Strategies are realistic and sustainable
How Funding Works

Once your Access to Work application is approved, coaching sessions can be funded directly through the scheme.

I can support you with:

  • Understanding whether coaching is appropriate for your situation
  • Explaining the role of coaching in your Access to Work application
  • Providing information required by Access to Work

You remain in control of all decisions.
